When Elaine Wang inherited an equestrian center from her deceased parents, she had no idea what to do with it. Coming from a relatively well-off family, the facility simply sat in the back of her mind for years. While she had no intention of selling it, she did not feel she had the mandatory time or energy to renovate it either. However, that changed with a horse called Apple. Elaine was quick to offer a loving home to the neglected colt after seeing the advertisement in the local newspaper. She wasn't one to consider herself a crazy horse lady, but something in his dark eyes stirred something that had been suppressed deep within her heart since her parents died. One horse led to another, and the center (lovingly dubbed Appleblossom Acres) started to make a name for itself. Soon enough, Appleblossom Acres rose to become one of the most well-known and loved equestrian centers in their neck of the woods.
